If you know me, or have been a follower of my blog for any amount of time, you know I posses a love // hate relationship with snow. If it is going to snow, I would like a substantial amount, enough to bring out all of our dusty snow toys and ski pants for some snow play, then melt away as quickly as possible.
After a pretty mild, snow-free winter so far, February decided to make up for the lack of wintry weather and dump massive amounts of the big, fluffy, powdery “white stuff.” Just as one snow storm melted from a semi-warm sunny day, another storm would blast through the very next day, leaving an annoyingly, hefty amount on the ground, still. Even though now I’m suffering from a severe case of cabin fever, and practically rolling around on the floor asking the weather gods, “Why? Why are you doing this to me?,” we were able to head outdoors and enjoy a few beautiful snow days in our own front yard.
