Gloucester // Aboard The Challenger

Rain had set in, we were soaked, and a little bored with sitting at the bar (for an hour at least), so our wonderful tour guide made arrangements to grant us a tour of the fishing vessel, Challenger. Boy, oh boy, was it huge! The size of the ropes, and pulleys, and spindles, and other operating equipment on a fishing vessel is unimaginably gigantic.

At the end of our tour we were challenged to come bank in January and try our hand at sea life. I could see The Mr.’s light bulb go off. Me, I think not.
